TREAD is a system designed to assist in the maintenance of property management. It is targeted at companies that provide real estate services. Its purpose is to manage all property matters, to provide a quick and easy access to a wide range of real estate in the market covering aspects such as establishing new tenants and buyers, contact details and history, property description and information.

TREAD acts as a data base for properties, agreements, discounts, generates reports etc. A mail merge function is embedded into the application. And the application itself allows the user to easily add, edit, remove, filter and look up data of tenants, buyers, suppliers, properties, office spaces etc.

TREAD System consists of functional modules. The two main pillars of the system are Contact and Building Modules. The Contact Module allows easy and convenient access to contact data and includes information about customers and subcontractors, client history. The Building Module gives access to information regarding estates and properties rented to companies. Additional modules of TREAD include Negotiations, Agreements, Invoices, Vindications, Reports, Charges, Infrastructure. It is possible to record information about Rental, Marketing, Costs, Budgeting and Analysis, Document Management, Administration, Glossary, Notices, Services, User, Authorizations and Templates. The application integrates with MS Office Products and MS Outlook.
